PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerNeuromodulation, specifically spinal cord stimulation, has proven to be an effective treatment for treatment of various chronic pain symptoms. For this project, a prototype of a system capable of providing spinal cord stimulation through an implanted device was developed. The developed system was notable for its relatively small size and low power wireless communication using Bluetooth Low Energy. The implantable pulse generator is capable of providing biphasic pulses with amplitudes up to 25mA.
