PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe new tutoring system ASSISTments was further expanded by taking questions from former 6th grade MCAS tests, and expanding them into scaffolding questions. These scaffolding questions were designed to guide a student through the problem and teach him general topics of geometry and measurement. Among other factors, this most probably happened due to confusion that the students experienced from flawed design of the problem sets.
