Design and implementation of the Chemlogger system
PublicMicrobar Incorporated designs chemical monitoring and dispensing equipment for the semiconductor fabrication industry. Microbar conceptualized a portable data-logging device called the Chemlogger as a way to monitor and record environmental conditions of chemicals from bottling to end-use. The goal of this project was to design and construct a low-power, self-contained Chemlogger prototype that will measure the surrounding temperature and container shock, in addition to an infrared communication system and a PC interface for viewing collected data and configuring the device.
