PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe purpose of our project was to improve production quality and marketing in order to expand the trout farming industry beyond the scope of current expectations through the creation of an all-inclusive reference including uniform practices. We accomplished this by determining the best trout farming practices for Costa Rica which we used to create a comprehensive manual. We provided INCOPESCA with a database containing all the data we collected during the study as well as recommendations to improve their effectiveness in the trout farming industry.
