open in viewerThis document describes the architectural programming process of a social services facility in Worcester, Mass., known as Friendly House. Information regarding space conditions and requirements was obtained through extensive personal interviews with Friendly House staff and industry professionals. It is anticipated that the findings of this study will assist the architect in the design of a new building for Friendly House, therefore providing a valuable service to a charitable organization.
