This document contains a proposal for a more rational use of the attic of WPI's Kaven Hall. It also provides the structural design, cost estimate and schedule for the project. The analysis of the existing conditions, data from the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, and architectural standards were used to devise an appropriate renovation plan. It is expected that the proposed renovation would help improve the educational efficiency of the building.
