Return on Investment Analysis of the VISN1 Telehealth Program
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerTelehealth is an online healthcare service for patient encounters, and the New England Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN1) is one of its providers. As the initial source of funding for VISN1 Telehealth ends in FY14, the project team was requested to evaluate the program’s return on investment (ROI). The team recommends the continued funding of Telehealth.
