PP30 deblocking mechanism

Public

The goal of the project was to eliminate the cost associated with the manual separation of electrical connectors which mate unintentionally in a vibratory bowl feeder at Anderson Power Products. Unable to find a preventative solution compatible with product specifications and other production processes, a machine was designed to separate mated connectors ejected from the bowl. The machine ejects separated parts into a bin, to be reinserted in the bowl manually.
