Sunday, October 25, 1936 Clear Church in morning with Elise. We were alone for dinner and had a fine quiet time. We went to the first Symphony Concert hearing Helen Jepson. Took Elises mother with us to the Burton Peeks tea where we found Bobbie's engagement was announced to a fellow named Shevlin. Later after taking Elises mother home we went to see Oty about Will Watermans suggestion that she go thru bankruptcy to get rid of all bank deficiency charges against her.
