Enhancing Education Programs at the Port Phillip EcoCentre
Public DepositedDownloadable Content
open in viewerTo support the Port Phillip EcoCentre’s forthcoming Next Gen Education Framework, our project analyzed three education programs: the Teachers’ Environment Network (TEN), Tomorrow’s Leaders for Sustainability (TLfS), and Excursions. We facilitated the development of new aims, objectives, and outcomes for TEN and TLfS. We also evaluated feedback forms and conducted focus groups to identify participant perceptions and program impacts. Our research indicated that the programs met most of their objectives and that teachers desired advocacy skills training and local content.
