The Worcester Trial Courthouse is currently under construction. As a result of recent construction reform, this is the first facility in Massachusetts being delivered by the Division of Capital Asset Management, under the Construction Management at Risk contracting method. This project reviews the management practices and conducts a detailed Earned Value Analysis of the schedule and cost performance of the masonry work package. A design review of the foundation wall is also presented.
