THURSDAY NOV. 18 1948 The sketch shown below represents a tractor using the motor, transmission, rear wheels, radiator, rear axle quills as an MT tractor, also same wheel hose. We believe we can build up a tractor using M parts and try it out in the field next spring. By doing this we can get a good idea how this new idea works out in the field as compared to the MT. I think this idea has many advantages over the MT such as safety, more comfortable riding quarters, easier to get on and off, lower center of gravity etc. By having the two tractors with same parts a good comparison can be made.
