Ltd., Toronto, Can- ada, and subsidiary companies, for fiscal year ended Nov. 30, 1939: Net income, $705,337. Reduction in sales, 9.6 percent, due chiefly to crop failure in Argentina and elimination of sales in Germany. Caterpillar Tractor Co., for calendar year 1939: Net income, $6,004,890, compared with $3,235,709 in 1938. Net sales, $38,432,921, compared with $48,246,139.]
