High Efficiency Battery Charger
Public DepositedDownloadable Content
open in viewerThis project investigates the construction of a high efficiency battery charger, focusing on the implementation of a resonant converter topology, specifically an LLC configuration, to enhance efficiency. It will detail their utility, the three distinct phases that comprise such a converter and their individual functionalities. The project will analyze the various simulations through observing the transient and frequency responses of each circuit. Further work is necessary to improve overall performance with a feedback loop and a microcontroller to interpret the feedback for system regulation.
