Innovative Earth-orbiting spacecraft formations :design, analysis, and simulation

The fundamentals of spacecraft formation flying and general orbital mechanics are reviewed. Original formation designs are discussed and analytical models are developed to fully describe the formations. Earth-specific perturbations are investigated and theoretically applied. MATLAB code is included to quickly model variations of the formations.
