Public DepositedWEDNESDAY 169 June 18 Clear This morning met Alex Lindgren Rainey, Arnold Johnson, Hulahan Benjamin of I.H.C. and took them over our line at the Experimental Farm. They seemed much interested. Then later I went to their grounds and Lindgren spent considerable time with me. He said the rock shaft was to be standard equipment with power lift, and that power lift would be incorporated in differential housing of tractor. Ate lunch with Lindgren, Hulahan, Jirkel, Rainey etc. Hulahan said the power lift was here. (Our application is fortunate). Later met Mr Butterworth at our place and took him to I.H.C. There we met Cyrus McCormick and I spent an hour & a half with him at our place. He seemed much impressd with our forge work. "With many thanks for the kind reception in Moline" [Signature: Nordahl L. Wall ???] 6/18 30. Banquet was fine (see June 15)
