Testing clustered Apache web server performance

Public

The purpose of this project was to identify and evaluate web-server configuration issues. Through the examination of clustering topologies, server configuration methods, and load balancing techniques, various test scenarios were developed. The use of load generation tools to simulate web traffic and varied object size for web sessions allowed for controlled evaluation of real-world behavior, resulting in the identification of key performance issues for web servers.
