In vitro toxicological assay discovery for improved analysis of responses to anticancer agents
PublicDr. Charles Tyson of the SRI Biosciences is working to develop methods for evaluating potential anticancer agents. Our project provided a way to store and visualize the data they are collecting. To this end, we created an extremely flexible data import and storage system that interfaces with a commercial visualization application. Our system provides a user interface for adding or removing categories of data, and automatically modifies the data import and visualization systems accordingly.
