Sustainable Energy from Anaerobic Digestion and Technical Translation in Campinas, Brazil Public

I completed this project at the Brazil Project Center. I analyzed the effects of using a batch reactor to pretreat barley bagasse for anaerobic digestion, a source of sustainable energy for the brewing industry. I provided a Brazilian food engineering lab with comprehensive safety documentation, and a localized and translated copy of all materials in Portuguese.
