Salisbury Pond sediment dredging feasibility study

Public

This project examines the history of Salisbury Pond and documents that the pond is filling in with sediment. Field and laboratory tests were conducted to determine the chemical constituents present in the sediment, and once these were determined, disposal options for the sediment were determined. Dredging methods were examined, and possible methods for dredging the pond were determined. Cost estimates for these methods were developed and we recommend that the entire pond be dredged.
