Ediberto Santiago is a small-business entrepreneur who seeks to provide an essential service to Worcester's inner-city consumers. His current project is a 24,000 sq. ft. Hispanic oriented grocery store located in downtown Worcester. Ediberto Santiago designed his store based on the needs of the Hispanic culture and his own personal experience. We collected and analyzed data pertaining to elements that are essential in the determination of profitable marketing strategies. In doing so, we concerned our research with the demographic characteristics of residents living in the area and their opinions regarding Santiago's Plaza and effective advertising techniques. By aiding in the success of Santiago's Plaza, we hope that its permanent establishment will provide a building block for revitalizing downtown Worcester.
