Realistic Simulated Organs for Ultrasound Guided Procedures
PúblicoCurrent teaching simulations;for ultrasound guided procedures are either too expensive or too basic t;providerealistic practice. Also, medical professionals of other countries cannot practice medicine in the United States restricting the spread of new and effective techniques in this field. Recognizing these major issues, an inexpensive and anatomically correct model was developed. This device is a non toxic, safe, and easy to use simulation model. It provides accurate ultrasounds images of sections of the human abdomen compared to the current state of the art.
