New Worcester North High School: Construction Management and Constructability Analysis

open in viewerThis project presents three main deliverables concerning the construction of North High School in Worcester, Massachusetts. These are a construction management analysis, a construction cost estimate developed by using a Building Information Model, and an alternative design of the retaining wall located near the corner of the auditorium and Building B. In addition, an earned value analysis of two steel oil tank replacements in South Portland, Maine was also conducted.
