Optimizing Sales Strategies and Leveraging Zendesk for Copenhagen Cycles

open in viewerCustomer relationship management (CRM) platforms are useful for consolidating data and managing a client base. This project examined Copenhagen Cycles’ CRM strategies and identified changes to improve customer retention during the purchasing process. Our approach highlighted the opportunities to merge different software platforms while also considering the external factors impacting client relations. The results from our work emphasized that a balance between automation and strong customer service is necessary for the operations at Copenhagen Cycles.
