Solar Energy Incentives in Massachusetts
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerMassachusetts is figuring out the best method to promote solar panel installations. The goal of the project is to determine if the current state policies and incentives are sufficient to grow the solar industry while allowing all parties to benefit. We interviewed experts, surveyed Massachusetts residents, and reviewed comments of the most recent incentive proposals. We concluded that although the current incentives effectively push for more PV installations, the newest incentive proposal will work better because of its monetary stability.
