To run OWLtoGL.jar on a file, type

"java -jar OWLtoGL.jar <file> <-owl>"

from command line navigated to a folder with both
OWLtoGL.jar and the file in it.

The .dl filetype is default.
The .owl filetype wil be read if the <-owl> arguement is used.
