This project analyzes the construction project management of the Worcester Vocational High School as observed during the months between July and December 2004. Information was gathered from the project information is gathered and utilized by the management team. Primavera Project Planner was utilized to create a schedule of one of the buildings, which was then used to track the progress allowing for the identification of any possible delays. A structural analysis was performed on the supporting structure of the gymnasium floor to determine its strength due to the increased loading conditions.
