This project consists of the analysis and the design of a cofferdam. The cofferdam is to be located on the west bank of the Fort Point Channel for the Russian Wharf Project in Boston, Massachusetts. It will facilitate excavation for the construction of tunnel sections for the new Silver Line Tunnel that will connect South Station to the World Trade Center. The actual design used for this MBTA project was completed by Frederic R. Harris, Inc. This design was done based on the same project parameters.
