EuroCom Industries A/S provide maritime radio communication equipment to sea vessels throughout the world. As a service to customers, they sell an expensive yet effective remote access application to coastal ground-based stations that communicate with ships at sea. Currently, this remote access system uses outdated and expensive technologies which are now replaceable with new state-of-the-art technologies. By utilizing these new technologies, this project offers a fully demonstrated and less expensive alternative to EuroCom Industries using commercial off the shelf equipment.
