Recovery and characterization of data from the Forward Technology Solar Cell Experiment

Public

Operations' planning for the Forward Technology Solar Cell Experiment was performed at the NASA Glenn Research Center. The experiment consists of thirty-nine solar cells in a container on the outside of the International Space Station. Temperature, sun angle, and current-voltage (IV) curves are taken automatically. he pre-existing operations command performed well in XPOP, poorly in XVV attitude. A new command was generated showing a decrease in the difference between intended and actual conditions of IV curves in XVV.
