Our project, sponsored by Legendary Legacies, aims to create a comprehensive recommendation for what educational modalities, technologies, and strategies Legendary Legacies should use to run their Gang Outreach Worker certification course. We conducted in-depth research, questionnaires, and interviews to find the best teaching methods and resources. To guarantee long-term effects and recognition, we recommend an organized, in-person program supported through an online platform using Google Classroom with a strict application procedure, assisted by an AI screening tool, and a strong alumni network displayed on the Legendary Legacies website.
