Altitude alerters are used by pilots of small planes to help them maintain their FAA assigned flight levels. This paper will discuss the complete development of our altitude alerter, including testing and implementation. Our altitude alerter lets pilots know if they have deviated from their desired altitude and indicates if they are too high or too low.
