The ability to afford housing is becoming a growing issue, caused by economic changes and the rising cost of housing in cities. Alongside the pressing climate change emergency, where buildings account for 21% of the nation’s energy usage, the need for sustainable infrastructure is paramount. The Net-Zero Tiny House model includes recommendations on structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural strategies to implement in a tiny house design.
