Assessing and Rethinking IT in a Global NGO

open in viewerCycling Without Age (CWA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors through trishaw rides. In recent years, the organization has been experiencing rapid growth which is putting strain on their IT system. The main challenges they have faced exist within the lack of integration, decentralized web presence, and their booking system. Our team’s project and recommendations outline how CWA can alter their IT strategy to be effective for years to come.
