PúblicoConteúdo disponível para baixar
open in viewerThe development of a virtual induction platform provides Banksia Gardens Community Services (BGCS) with an engaging and interactive process for future staff and volunteers. Using focus groups, interviews, and literature research, we've identified strategies for an effective induction program that compliments Banksia’s unique organizational culture. Based on our research, we developed a prototype induction platform, administered feedback testing, and ultimately presented our sponsor with a website containing nine modules and various sub-sections, relevant to the needs of Banksia Gardens.
