RF power amplifier decoupling network and temperature compensation network
PúblicoThis project addresses the design of both a decoupling network and a temperature compensation network for Philips Semiconductors power amplifier applications. The decoupling network is a broadband solution to accommodate a wide frequency range. Its intended application is for use in the Enhanced Data Rate (EDGE) Global Standard for Mobile Communications (GSM). Second, a temperature compensation network needs to be designed to keep the quiescent current of the amplifier with a 2% tolerance over a range of 0?C to 100?C.
