The goal of this project was to design and implement a small-scale course management system that provides potential educators with tools that can be integrated within their own web-based course. This system provides a cost effective solution, while emphasizing the importance of ease of use. Through research and analysis of our own system, we proposed recommendations for the future development of distance learning.
