Implementation of a hot swap compact PCI interface

Public

The intent of this project was to create a compact PCI and Hot swap compatible bus interface for use in a product released by Data Translation Corporation of Marlboro, Mass. The bus interface is typically utilized in the high-end server market because of its rugged design and easy swapping capabilities. The scope of the project included designing a logical layout to meet specified requirements and the synthesizing and loading this design into an FPGA.
