Development and Initiation of Sustainable Wastewater Management in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe village of Tha Phae in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand discharges its wastewater without treatment. We developed a plan for the Population and Community Development Association that can lead to the adoption of an improved wastewater management system, starting with an educational awareness program. We initiated the awareness program by creating lesson plans and testing them in schools near Tha Phae. We provided our sponsor with recommendations to follow our plan of action that can lead to a community-based wastewater management system in Tha Phae.
