PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerA feasibility study of implementing a community college system in Hong Kong was conducted by studying the current sub-degree programs in Hong Kong. From the analysis of the data obtained from interviews and surveys of faculty, students, alumni and human resources personnel, it was concluded that a community college system would be beneficial to Hong Kong by providing a greater number of secondary school leavers access to tertiary education. A three-tier community college system is being recommended.
