This Interactive Qualifying Project focused on providing input to support UPS's decision making for converting 20% of their package delivery fleet or brownies to an alternative fuel by 2010. The decision we are looking for UPS is a multi-attribute decision. This means that each of UPS's options contains multiple issues and each issue carries different weights. In order to do this we used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to assign weights to these issues and create a score.
