Power over Ethernet MQP -- 802.3af power injector theory and design
ÖffentlichPower over Ethernet (PoE) is a technology that was initially developed because of the need to use existing Ethernet cable infrastructure to power devices where AC power outlets were not readily available. In this project, we create one of the major components in the PoE system, the power source. This device is responsible for powering the devices on the other end of the Ethernet line, while also being compliant with the IEEE 802.3af standard.
