The genetic expression of HR suppression

Public

In this study, the genetic expressions of Hypersensitive Response (HR)-suppressed A.thaliana plants were investigated. Northern blot experiments were conducted to try and confirm previous microarray data which indicated that various genes were repressed in HR-suppressed plants. In addition to northern blot experiments, bioinformatic research was conducted to try and gain more insight into the possible roles played by these genes in the suppression of the HR.
