Training for Stress Reduction
公开Animal welfare has been an important issue in laboratory animal science since the mid 1900's. The goal of this project was to discover whether or not training laboratory sheep reduces their stress level during experimental procedures. Based on ethogram data and experimental observation, it was concluded that training did reduce stress. This research could encourage scientists to take a better look at their current husbandry program and improve the life not only of laboratory sheep, but other animals as well.
