This Major Qualifying Project describes the development process used in updating and upgrading a test suite for the evaluation of randomness in a bit sequence. The initial MQP was completed by Elizabeth Schweinsberg for General Dynamics. This MQP fleshes out the tests and interface of the original, as well as making it a stable, useful and intuitive software package usable by General Dynamics for in-house testing.
