This report proposes a solution to help meet the demand for student parking on campus. Multiple sites were analyzed to determine the best location for a parking garage. The parking garage concept design includes precast framing with double-tee beams, the number of parking spaces, an artificial facade to match the surrounding buildings, and a 3D building information model. Environmental impact was considered in several aspects, ranging from a recreational space on the roof to electric vehicle charging stations. A project schedule and cost-benefit analysis are included to determine logistical and financial feasibility.
