The goal of this project was to compare how users of various user types (from beginner to expert) utilize and customize their computing environments. Information was gathered through surveys and through the use of a program to mine values out of the Windows registry. The data collected from the survey was analyzed and ways to simplify the customization process or provide beginner users with the ability to utilize more features was accessed.
