Designing a Sustainable, Long-Term Revenue Model for Turn Back Time
PúblicoConteúdo disponível para baixar
open in viewerTurn Back Time (TBT) is a non-profit organization in Central Massachusetts on a mission to improve the lives of children by getting them back to nature. Research suggests that exposure to nature has many long-term benefits for children and promotes better health, greater empathy, and long term success. The focus of this project was to propose a plan to help TBT achieve greater financial sustainability. I investigated various strategies and made recommendations to help the organization run more efficiently and profitably, grow new sources of revenue, and transform itself into a long-term sustainable enterprise with programs that effectively address the problem of nature deficit in children.
