Yeast two-hybrid of PIE-1 in C. elegans

Public

PIE-1 is an important protein in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans that effects the embryonic development of the organism. The purpose of this MQP was to find possible protein interactors of PIE-1 using a Yeast-Two Hybrid system, and analyze them using RNA interference and DNA sequencing in order to learn more about how the embryo of C. elegans develops.
