The Synthesis of nanostructured, hydrodesulfurization catalysts
PublicHydrodynamic cavitation is used to synthesize advanced catalysts and nanostructured materials. In this project, the Controlled Flow Cavitation technique has been used to produce optimized materials of simple and complex metal oxides. This unique method allows the optimization of catalyst in high phase purity and grain sizes control. Using this method, cobalt molybdate catalysts were prepared in high phase purity, is compared to classical methods of synthesis. In many of the systems processing comparisons were made of the CaviMax to the CaviPro cavitation processors. This report also describes the cavitational equipment, and novelty of design of nanostructured solid state materials.
